It all starts at the small, family-owned smokehouse located in Painesville, OH, using prime grade beef, first quality seasonings and spices, and tried and true recipes perfected over 25 years.
Each flavor is made in small batches. Carefully crafted and overseen by the owner and his crew. Think of it as the jerky version of your favorite craft brewery.

Our jerky is a lean trimmed meat which is sliced,marinated, and dehydrated. Tommy’s jerky is sliced a bit thicker and dried less that other brands which produces a softer, more succulent texture and flavor you are sure to love!
Our signature smokies are meat sticks made by grinding the meat and blending it with the various seasonings and spices. Each stick is then smoked to perfection to produce a tender and flavor filled snack!
